Back ground I graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Arts in 1986 and a Diploma of Education in 1987. I started my career as a secondary school teacher in 1988 and as such have worked in many state and private schools across Queensland and the United Kingdom. As a teacher of English and Social Science for the past twenty three years I have had vast experience in public speaking and have excellent organisional and communication skills. Family My husband and I met in London and got married on the Gold Coast in May 2006. We have two beautiful daughters aged one and three. We believe a happy marriage builds the foundation for a happy and fulfilling life.
